HAPPY PROSPEROUS DIWALI CELEBRATED IN INDIA ON 26/10/11, but here I am so disgruntled and disillusioned. Watching the fireworkers lit by the maniacs thrill thirsty lunatics loving it all to light the bombs, rockets, crackers, pots, etc. I can feel the excitement of these violent creatures surrounding me in India. I guess fireworks have turned universally popular for the human beings loving the thrill of bomb explosions just like the sexually perverted gets thrilled.

No! I am not marooned jealous of these human's cheap gimmicks of explosives and fire arsons. It is just that I HATE to see my money robbed by these creatures just in order to satisfy their festive thrill of bomb explosions. It is not just my employers the State Bank Of Hyderabad but the real political crooks the Reddy families residing at Tarnaka and Sri Devender Reddy resident of Alwal who are the "great landlords" resorting to hooliganism, exploitation and violence against my single status. Simply said, these political rogues have exerted their influence with the State Bank to mint money from my salaries through nefarious means. What I am waiting for is reprisal from the court of law to get back my money.

No! it is not just the political crooks but I was also robbed by my cousin brother's step son. I was grandly relieved of Rs.5000/= when I went for shelter and protection. In turn my tiny pet and I were physically and verbally abused so I returned to my own single status. Yet again, my money goes "boom...boom"....triggering the bomb.

THE MALE FAIR STAFF WHO WAS CLAD IN RED SHIRT ON 6TH AT THE CERTIFICATE COUNTER OF THE HEAD POST OFFICE PATNY HAD SHOWN MODERATE UNBIASED SERVICE OVER THE DISCHARGE OF THE ONE NSC AND CLEARLY SPELT THE REQUIREMENT OF TWO PHOTOS AND IDENTITY PROOF FOR ISSUE OF THE NSC. HOWEVER WHEN I APPROACHED WITH THE REQUISITES CLAD IN WHITE AND MAROON, I WAS STUNNED BY THE ANIMOSITY AND BIAS EXHIBITED BY THE SAME MALE STAFF OF THE HPO PATNY, HE BEGAN TO INSIST FOR THE ADDRESS PROOF AS WELL. TODAY, I APPROACHED THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION TO SUBMIT MY REPRESENTATION. BUT THE STAFF WERE INSTRUCTED TO HARASS ME. THEY FAILED TO ACCEPT MY REPRESENTATION AND BEGAN THE SUPPRESSION ACT ON ME. THE CHAIRPERSON ANOTHER K PEDDI ....REDDY WAS MISSING FROM HIS ROOM AND EVEN IF PRESENT IT WOULD BE A DUMB ACT OF DIRTY POLITICS. THE PS TO CHAIRPERSON IS A CRANKY FELLOW WHO SNUBS AT ME EVERY TIME I APPROACH. LAST BUT WICKED IS THE PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER NAMED GOPAL SINGH WHO WAS SEATED IN HIS ROOM AND CHIT CHATTING WITH TWO FAIR WOMEN. HE SNARLED AT MY INTRUSION MOMENTARILY DISTRACTED FROM HIS SEXUAL AROUSAL DIALOGUES. Sir/Madam,

SUB : VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS / FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS / CONSUMER RIGHTS / CRIMINAL OFFENCE MAINLY TRESPASS/ ANIMAL RIGHTS ACT

Please find enclosed the letters received from the NHRC, Delhi but in vain. The futility and wastage of stationary like paper, postage charges. The acknowledgment's received from the NHRC has not served any purpose.

I reiterate my genuine grievance as follows:

It is to complain that I am staying alone for over two decades out of circumstances and not out of choice. Since the on start of the millennium, there has been TRESPASS in to my residential apartments with criminal intention to cause grave harm and injury to my health and life. I have been practicing yoga since a teenager and I am not leading a marital life to suffer from any specific aggravated conditions.

Brief History:

I am knowledgeable that motivated and vested interested persons were involved to trespass in to my rented residential flat after gaining access and after sedating me in 1999. In 1999 I was a tenant of flat no 411, Poojitha Estates, Erragadda. There were diversionary strategies to disturb me by disrupting the power supply only to my flat. They used to switch off the Meter. After which I stayed at two houses in the BHEL Township in the city outskirts. Here my doberman pet was tortured to death in order to facilitate trespass.

In 2000, I shifted in to the Pratibha Apartments, Sebastian Road Secunderabad on the top floor. It was here that I became knowledgeable of the fact that sedatives and other forms of drugs were given in order to trespass. I suspect sexual exploitation during 2000 to 2003. That was when my only other doberman pet was tortured to death. The post mortem report (copy enclosed) reveals insecticide poisoning as one of the causes. Or any other form of experimental causes that has led to the pet's tortured death. Here too, there was diversionary tactics by one maintainence staff named Sri Ramana a dwarf stature person. Such dwarf structured persons can easily hide inside cupboards.

After which I shifted to Sai Ghar in Padmaraonagar in 2004 and later to Gharonda Veera Apts. In Padmaraonagar. Here again trespass began using the opportunity to trespass as soon as I shifted in the new accommodation.

At Gharonda Veera Apartments I was under attack by some of the housewives after my younger brother paid a very brief visit and fought with me. I was helpless here, though I had lodged several police complaints with the Chilkalguda Police Station. There was evidently police inaction and police bias. Eventually, the advocate couple named Sri Narsimha Rao and his wife Ms Anuradha exerted their influence to frame false charges of lunacy and mentally unsound against me out of political grudge. I was helpless again. Though a merit scholarship student from a reputed educational institution and a bank employee, I was turned in to a victim of racism. The police personnel were most corrupt lot and totally steeped in racism. As I was brown in complexion and the young housewives were all fair, I was victimized. They also presumed that my single divorcee status was cause enough for exploitation. Thus I am denied of justice till date, though my father working in Saudi Arabia came to my rescue . I am still deprived of justice in this matter and continue to be victimized and exploited. Racism is a social evil and also any form of inhumane discrimination because of my single divorcee status. Many consider single women widows or divorcees as bad omen and turn hostile.

I shifted to Tarnaka but again at Gummadi Nilayam, I faced torture and harassment by the flat occupants Sri Subba Rao in G-1 and his wife as per complaint letters duly enclosed. He was referring to his relative named Srinivas being an accused in the Satyam Fraud Case. Though I was not connected in any way, I was being harassed and threatened by Sri Subba Rao and others. I was virtually tortured on daily basis. The power supply to my rented flat was disrupted and disconnected by the G-1 occupant. tHere again all my written police complaints failed to initiate any action and I was thus denied justice. There was trespass yet again. So I shifted to Pallavi Residency where I am presently residing.

I had also lodged complaint with the National Commission for Women, the Human Rights Commission and other offices but in vain. The NCW had directed the related Osmania University Police Station to initiate action, but the related police personnel failed to do so.

Presently, I am residing at Pallavi Residency as a tenant paying Rs.11,000/= and the watchman named Sri Nagaiah is very much knowledgeable and aware about the “faceless trespassers”. I suspect that they are administering sedatives and other wrong / unsuitable medications or drugs. Please conduct investigation.

The diversionary strategy adopted is over the supply of drinking water. This way there can be wasteful disturbance at my door. Flat occupants in 104, 105, 305 & 201 disturb me by making the watchman Nagaiah ring my door bell. The Reddy family in 201 hold many flats and their relatives own others at Pallavi Residency. I am unnecessarily engaged and disturbed with wasteful conversations in the corridor so that there can be trespass from other sources to hide in side my bedroom. In my absence there is every possibility of trespass in to my residential apartment with the use of duplicate keys or other means. Cupboards and Cartoons are enough places to hide or else the access through windows. I am not sure about the sources of trespass and the hiding places. The reason I seek for intervention to conduct an enquiry in the matter in view of police inaction or incompetency or for whatever other reasons. The police personnel could themselves be involved in the trespass, thereby, I request the humanitarian agency to look in to my genuine grievance.

To summarise my genuine complaint as follows:

The conspiracy is to morally undermine me and create grounds to frame false charges against me. To create an ambiance of unreality and chaos to commit a foolproof murder. Sec441 of IPC Act 1860, embarks on criminal trespass.
Sec 120-A of IPC Act defines “criminal conspiracy” wherein, the parties collude to commit criminal offence against me by way of trespass or frame false/flimsy allegations to harass and torture.

CHAPTER XXII: OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION, INSULT AND ANNOYANCE

503. Criminal intimidation

Whoever threatens another with any injury to his person, reputation or property, or to the person or reputation of any one in whom that person is interested, with intent to cause alarm to that person, or to cause that person to do any act which he is not legally bound to do, or to omit to do any act which that person is legally entitled to do, as the means of avoiding the execution of such threat, commits criminal intimidation.

I am threatened by the flat occupants namely 1) Sri Saroj Agarwal in 104, 2) Sri Singh and his wife in 105, 3) Sri Panduranga Reddy in 201 who incites the watchman to harass over the basic amenity i.e. drinking water supply and 4) Sri Sasi Bhusan in 305.

4) 504. Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace

Whoever intentionally insults, and thereby gives provocation to any person, intending or knowing it to be likely that such provocation will cause him to break the public peace, or to commit any other. offence, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

My two letters dated 09/06/2011 (copies enclosed) to the Police Station lodged against the flat 104 occupants.

5) 509. Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman

Whoever, intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

My personal privacy is intruded by the trespassers in collusion with the aforesaid occupants.

6) Please view the enclosed copies of my complaint letters dated 03/2/2011 & 13/06/2011 lodged with the Osmania University Police Station.

Article 21 is the Magna Carta of the Constitution of India. It reads as follows- No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law.

It is noteworthy to mention that the fundamental right to life and personal liberty is inherent and is not conferred upon us by the Constitution. These are primary personal rights without which civil and political rights are rendered meaningless.
The Court has held that 'the right to life includes the right to live with human dignity and all that goes with it, namely the bare necessities of life such as adequate nutrition clothing and shelter1 inter alia.

7) There are eight key international consumer rights as defined by the United Nations Guideline for Consumer Protection 1985.

They can be simplified into the following:

In India to safeguard consumer interest, following rights were envisioned.

The Right to Basic Amenity namely drinking water or the muncipal water supplied in equal manner. The Right to seek Essential Services like plumber, electrician etc.

Due to blockade and other forms of external harassment posed by the aforesaid persons, I was not able to access drinking water from 06/06/11. However, I could get the essential service and minor repair undertaken only on 09/07/11 after a gap of one month. The reason being the inhuman harassment of denial and restricting the essential services to me.

Under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, against the aforesaid persons from interfering and trespassing in to my residence to confuse or cause cruelty to my tiny pet Kennel Club registered and duly vaccinated. Please note that the domesticated pet dogs are habituated to their master and owner. I can handle my pet with out the unnecessary intrusions and confusions caused by the trespassers and others.
To quote the recent news, “Clinical trials:DCGI faults 9 more CROs” in Times Of India, dated 20-7-11, it is highly unethical practise and violation of Human Rights Act and Fundamental Right to give my consent to treatment for damages to my pet's and my health caused by trespassers. When I faced disruption of basic amenity on regular basis, I was compelled to inquire with the watchman and others. Instead of offering me a simple clarification or answer, I was being rebuked in a rude manner by the watchman. The watchman kept saying that he had to act as per the instructions of th occupants in flats 305 and 201. Even the watchman's wife named Smt Bhagya began to attack and abuse me, though I got equal rights as a consumer of the basic amenity mainly muncipal water. Mr Panduranga Reddy in 201 began to react in a boisterous manner and even attempted to assault me when I approached him and his wife to enquire about the basic amenity supplied to all. While Mr Sasi Bhushan of flat 305 began to directly accuse me for causing problems to them. His wife would simply shut the door on my face.

All the above stated boisterous and rude behavior are manifestations of social evil against single divorcees or widows in our conservative society. It is therefore, obligatory under the International Human Rights Law to defuse the perpetually growing social evil still rampant in our society. Racism is another form of social evil. Lawful action has to be initiated against persons responsible for the exploitation and harassment towards me. Just like dowry harassment cases, a similar law should be enacted to curb the exploitation and harassment of single women mainly divorcees or widows.

It is a show of degenerated values in a conservative society where women are treated alike second class or under privileged citizens. My single divorcee status is the main cause for antagonism and prejudice towards me other than racism. Police personnel are ineffective and incompetent in discharging their duties and express bias in my genuine complaint. The Police personnel are swayed by the status and assets owned by the aforesaid flat occupants or their political connections and they are mellow towards the housewives, There is evidently social evil in practice with the discrimination shown towards housewives unlike single stature women though working. Social Evil is a violation of human rights law, thereby, it is imperative and important that the Human Rights Commission intervenes in my individual case and set an example of social reform. Social Justice and Social Reform would just languish as an illusion with out the strict enforcement of law to erase the social evil.

It is, therefore, to submit my petition to seek intervention of the Human Rights Commission as prescribed under No:12 of Chapter III of the Humans Rights Act, 1993.

In reply to the letter no:F/OAD/SP/153 dated 11/05/11 and thereafter the text message dated

28/06/11 to my cell phone no:9246220209, it is to submit the following submissions:

➢ The Disciplinary Enquiry was conducted in two days on 19-02-11 preliminary hearing and

on 26-02-11 regular hearing was conducted. Overall disciplinary enquiry was conducted

in one day.

➢ Please refer to my complaints dated 23/04/2010, 25/04/2010, 30/04/2010, 05/05/2010,

17/06/2010, 24/06/2010, 25/06/2010, 07/10/2010, 18/10/2010 & 25/10/2010 to the Higher

Authorities namely, Sri N.K. Padhi, The General Manager (Operations) and others for

intervention against harassment by the Bank Officials namely, 1)Sri Venkataraman, the

Deputy General Manager, Inspections Department, H.O., Gunfoundry and 2)Sri T.

Ayyanna, the Chief Manager, Office Administration Department, H.O. Gunfoundry. The

contents of the letters dated 23/04/2010, 30/04/2010 etc. states the sexual harassment,

probing queries of my maritial status and flirtatious advances made by Sri

Venkataraman, the DGM Inspection Department, H.O. The Sexual Harassment at

Workplace 2010 incorporates the clause to seek remedy against humiliating probings of

my personal marital life and also seek preventive measures from sexual harassment.

➢ The DGM Inspection Department, H.O. began to restrain the Accounts Manager/Chief

Manager from forwarding any or all of my applications claiming emoluments or benefits to

the Office Administration Department. Sri S. Venkataraman began to with hold my leave

fare concession / personal loan applications with him with malicious intention to harass

me. The idea was to make me enter his cabin to enquire about all the applications

submitted by me. This is one form of sexual harassment of a lady staff.

➢ The contents of letter 17/06/2010 is a complaint against the incoming and outgoing chief

managers of the office administration department for non payment of my arrears and

display of gender bias towards sanction of my car loan applied. The Office Administration

Department had also misplaced my car loan application forwarded through the Inspection

Department. There was considerable delay.

➢ It clears speaks of misuse of authority by the bank officials Sri Venkataraman and Sri T.

Ayyanna out of bias and prejudice because of my complaints as aforesaid. I am the original

grieved and victimized complainant. Thereby, the charges framed against me are

intimidated, conspiratorial and false. The very purpose of justice over disciplinary enquiry

is lost to me without the intervention of the Higher Authorities, your esteemed authority

and other Authorized Offices.

➢ Please find enclosed the copies of the aforesaid letters submitted to the Higher Authorities

duly acknowledged. prior to the Disciplinary Proceedings framed against me. I had

complained in April 2010 & June 2010 while the DP case framed in October 2010.

➢ Please view the worksheet dated 12/10/2010 (enclosed) wherein, salaries for the months of

January 2002 to April 2002 are shown as paid to me. But my savings bank account

statement (enclosed) does not show the credit of the amounts as shown in the worksheet.

The Office Administration Department has committed a serious irregularity and

discrepancy in the collection of the input materials for the calculation of the recovery on

loss of pay. Similarly, the salaries of August 2002, September 2002 and arrears show the

wrong amounts. My statement of account (enclosed) is admissible evidence in court of law

and thereby, the amounts shown as salaries paid to me in the worksheet is incorrect and

amounts to falsification of accounts IPC Section 477A, IPC Section 177 Furnishing false

information and IPC Section 24 Dishonestly (Whoever does anything with the intention of

causing wrongful gain to one person or wrongful loss to another person, is said to do that

thing “dishonestly” adopted in the calculation of the recovery on loss of pay. Despite my

letters dated 24/06/2010, 25/06/2010, 07/10/2010 & 18/10/2010, the Office Administration

Department under the authority of the Chief Manager, Sri T. Ayyanna had begun the

monthly recoveries of Rs.7367/= from my salaries of September 2010 and October 2010

respectively. The payslips for the aforesaid months are admissible evidence in the court of

law.

➢ The Office Administration Department has thus, committed a serious irregularity of a

fraudulent nature. In my letter dated 07/10/2010, I was compelled to use the word “Rogue”

in contest with the word “fraud” to prove that the statement of account of my savings bank

account of Zaheerabad Branch is admissible evidence to show that the amounts credited in

the said account differed from the amount shown under salaries paid column in the

worksheet given and signed by the then Chief Manager Sri T. Ayyanna and duly forwarded

by Sri Venkataraman the DGM Inspection Department, H.O. Therefore, it is to state that

as per charge no:2 allegation that I had used derogatory and abusive word is denied. I had

used the word to prove the fraudulent irregularity committed by the Office Administration

Department, H.O. and others involved. The word was not used as a show of disrespect or

as an abusive word. I was merely drawing attention to the wrongful and erroneous

recoveries started from my salaries of September 2010 and October 2010.

➢ In my letter dated 18/10/2010, I had requested to stop the wrongful recoveries and sought

re-calculation of the increment and recovery on loss of pay separately. However, on

26/10/2010, I was placed under suspension as per letter no:F/OAD/1854 dated 26/10/2010

duly signed by the then Chief Manager, Sri T. Ayyanna also the Disciplinary Authority for

the award staff. There has been misuse of position in the suspension order issued to me.

➢ To cover up the fraudulent irregularity, the Office Administration Department has cooked

up the charge no:1 against me to suit the convenience of the implementing machinery i.e.

the Office Administration Department, H.O. The charge no:1 does not specify the exact

abusive words used by me. The witness Mrs K Durga DECO of OAD or Sri S.

Ramamurthy DECO, OAD failed to depose the specific abusive words used and if so in

what language was the abusive word or words used as alleged. At times I come across

known staff from others Departments in the premises and any of my personal

conversations with known staff cannot be attributed as alleged. Therefore, it is to submit

that the charge no:1 is fake and falsely alleged in a vague manner. I can vouch that I am

not guilty of the charge no:1. On the contrary, the Office Administration Department has

committed an irregularity as evident from the worksheet and my statement of account

duly enclosed. The Office Administration Department is merely diverting the attention

from their own serious irregularity to the fake charges cooked up against me.

➢ The delay in the sanction of the annual increment and other emoluments pending since

2002 till 2007 is another inhumane harassment and discrimination shown towards me.

As per enclosed copy of the letter no:Insp/Gr.VII/1016 dated 09/06/2007 duly signed by the

then DGM Sri S. Sunder, the annual increment pending since 2002 was sanctioned.

Another letter no:F/INSP/GR.VII/4473A dated 26/12/2007 (copy enclosed) states that

“payment of the arrears of increment as advised vide our letter no:F/INSP/GR.VII/1129

dated 11/06/2007 after effecting appropriate recoveries for the leave on loss of pay. After

the aforesaid two letters, there has not been any further intimation to me in this regard.

➢ Non compliance of the aforesaid letters by the Office Administration Department, H.O., on

ignorance of such an order is inexcusable. The implementing machinery should be made

accountable for the non implementation of the same. The Office Administration

Department has been at fault yet again for non implementation in 2007. There has been

time lapse in the implementation of the aforesaid letter no:F/INSP/GR.VII/1129 dated

11/06/2007.

➢ In view of the incorrect amounts incorporated in the worksheet, it is to point out that there

is scope for discrepancy in the calculation of the total leave balance arrived. There has

been a breach of terms on the salaries paid to me against the services rendered. The same

cannot be applied to the earlier service period. I have been paid salaries against the

service offered as an employee of the State Bank Of Hyderabad. Similarly, there have been

deductions on account of loss of pay from my salaries as evident from the amounts credited

as salaries in my statement of accounts held with the branches. It would amount to breach

of service terms to recover any loss of pay more than once. Hence, the leave record for the

period 2002 to 2006 has to be reviewed with the related attendance registers.

➢ Please note that the nearest ladies toilet is on the second floor at the end of the corridor

and far away from the Inspection Department located on the first floor. At times, the single

toilet is used by lady staff of other Departments and there is a queue. By the time, I reach

the Department, the attendance register is taken inside the DGM's cabin. The charge nos:

3 & 4 stands denied and refuted.

➢ The witnesses Sri V. Bhushan DECO & Smt. Laxmi Sarada DECO have agreed that the

attendance register gets misplaced at times. In view of the same, I get to sign at a later

time. However, due to the biased nature exhibited by Sri Venkataraman DGM Inspection

Department, H.O. there has been remarks and comments posted only against my name.

The copies of the attendance register dated 21/07/2010, 01/09/2010 and 04/09/2010 show

that some of the other staff failed to sign against their names and have signed at a later

date. But they have been spared from similar allegations. It is a clear cut case of

inhumane discrimination and fabrication of charges against me after my complaints dated

23/4/2010, 25/04/2010, 30/04/2010 & 05/05/2010 against Sri Venkataraman DGM

Inspection Department, H.O. Of sexual harassment. Please note that my grievance of

sexual harassment was submitted in April 2010 itself while the said DGM Inspection

Department, H.O., began to pass remarks and comments in the attendance register from

July 2010. The predecessor Sri S. B. Roy, the former DGM, Inspection Department had not

passed any such adverse remarks against my name. The charges levied under 3 & 4

stands denied and refuted.

➢ In view of the biased bank official Sri Venkataraman DGM Inspection Department H.O.

still the Head of the Inspection Department and capable of misusing his position and

authority to intimidate or instil fear in the staff working under his supervision and

authority at the Inspection Department, it is difficult to call for witnesses from the same

Department to substantiate and support my claims. As long as Sri Venkataraman

exercises his authority as the Deputy General Manager of Inspection Department, and

capable of instilling fear and reprisal in the minds of the staff or intimidate accordingly, I

shall face stiff challenge to call for witnesses to support me. Thereby, it is only fair that the

above said Official ought to be posted elsewhere.

➢ Please note that none of the Bank Officials of the Inspection Department have complained

about any backlog in the work allotted to me. At the time I was attending to the Dispatch

Section and I ensured that there was no work kept pending, thereby, the charge nos:3 & 4

stands flimsy and refuted. How can I accomplish my job in time if I am not available in

Department as alleged?

➢ Due to sudden eruption of telangana agitations during 2010 and residing at Tarnaka, I

was delayed on certain days to the workplace because of unforeseen road diversions on the

roads. I would call the office and request for permission. At times the Accounts Manager

would not be available to permit. The genuine common difficulties faced by the public

stands to refute the charge nos:3 & 4 levied against me.

➢ There is evidently a conflict and contradiction of statements deposed by the various

witnesses presented by the Management on 26/02/2011. There clearly appears to be an

unclear vision and views expressed over the 'bringing of the pet dog” to the office. I do not

refute the charge that I brought my pet dog to the Office on 16/10/2010. However, I deny

the charge that I had violated the decorum of the Office and that my pet dog had created a

nuisance and disturbance. The witnesses Sri V. Bhushan and Smt. Laxmi Sarada have

deposed that the pet was quiet and did not create any nuisance. Also Sri Fernandez

deposed that he did not record on 16th that she brought the dog.

➢ On 16/10/2010, I came to the Inspection Department to inform that I would not be able to

attend Office and that I would be availing leave. However, Sri L G K Murthy pointed out

that the work would get accumulated and 16/10/2010 being a Saturday with four working

hours, I was made to understand that I could discharge my duties with the tiny pet on my

lap. But when the Security Officer suddenly approached me and informed me that pet was

not allowed, I left the premises with my tiny pet. In other words, my purpose of visit was

to inform about availing leave.

➢ On 26/02/2011, the day of regular hearing, I was shocked by the coercive treatment meted

out on me. When I was making the statement, I was being coerced to admit the charges. I

was truly upset and decided to remain silent.

➢ Please view my letter dated 14/03/2011, wherein, I had requested to question the witness

Mrs K Durga and extend the Disciplinary Proceedings Enquiry by one more day. However,

in reply vide email dated 17/03/2011 (copy enclosed), I was denied the opportunity.

SUMMARY:

I am not guilty of the charges alleged as stated in the charge sheet no:SP/OAD/2060 dated

16/12/2010. Please squash the flimsy charges levied out of bias and grudge by the related bank

officials as mentioned earlier.

Charge No:1 stands denied and refuted in view of serious irregularity committed by the Office

Administration Department, H.O. There is no clarity and specific abusive words mentioned in the

allegations. The witness Smt K. Durga merely said, “of course”. While Sri S. Ramamurthy

another witness failed to specify the abusive word or words as alleged. The charge no:1 is vague

in nature and definitely conspiratorial to cover up the serious offense committed by the Office

Administration Department H.O. in the calculation of increment/recovery on loss of pay/leave

balance arrived. Please squash the baseless conspiratorial charges without any punishment.

Charge No:2 stands misinterpreted and deserves to be squashed in view of my genuine grievance

of falsification of accounts and furnishing false information u/s 477A & 177 IPC. The word

“rogue” was not meant to disrespect or abuse the position but to express the fraudulent

authorization of incorrect information and wrongful recoveries from my salaries.

Charge Nos:3 & 4 are utterly groundless allegations with just the scribbled remarks in the

attendance register only against my name. It is clearly a case of bias and vendetta against me by

the DGM Inspection Department H.O. from July 2010 onwards after I lodged my grievance of

sexual harassment in April 2010. Right to Earn my Livelihood is a fundamental right enjoyed by

me as a citizen of India and as senior staff of the State Bank Of Hyderabad. The Sexual

Harassment at Workplace Act, 2010, offers the aggrieved victim to seek preventive measures

against sexual harassment at workplace.

Charge No:5 about “bringing pet dog” is flimsy and a wasteful topic. The witnesses have offered

unclear, conflicting and contradictory statements. The witness Sri V Bhushan has agreed that my

pet was quiet and did not create a nuisance, so where is the need to allege that my pet dog had

caused nuisance and disturbance. Hence, the charge no:5 is totally false and stands to be refuted

and deleted.

Conclusively, I reiterate my stand that all the five charges alleged deserve to be squashed with

out any kind of punishment whatsoever. There has not been a single complaint about my job

performance and nobody has alleged about any backlog of work or any pending work in the

Department. I have not caused any monetary loss to the bank by way of fraud or

misappropriation or any erroneous calculations to bear the disgraceful punishment of being

placed under suspension. My job performance has been par excellence and many bank officials in

the Department had praised my speedy and accurate work. In fact, the bank officials were

pleased that I could trace any mistakes committed by others before dispatching the same, so that

they could rectify the same. I can confidently assure of my sincere, best and honest service

imparted till date. In view of my excellent job performance, the authorities are obligated to

reinstate me with immediate effect and pay the back wages with all emoluments of the two third /

half balance unpaid since 26/10/2010.

The Disciplinary Proceedings is a futility of exercise in its entirety. I implore that the purported

flimsy allegations are only causing wastage of manpower in the State Bank Of Hyderabad. In

view of the futility of suspension in the purported flimsy allegations, it is to seek for dismissal of

the charges with out any reprisal whatsoever.

The submissions in response to the SP/OAD/153 dated 11/05/2011 generate genuine, strong and

valid explanations to seek justice as deemed fit and as applicable.

THIS WOMAN SHORT AND FAIR WAS ATTACKING ME WITH OUT ANY CAUSE FOR PROVOCATION BUT SHE COULD MUSTER SUPPORT OF THE APARTMENT FUCKERS. WHEN SHE WAS LOCKED UP IN THE TERRACE AND BANGING ON THE DOOR FOR HELP SHE MANAGED TO GET INSTANT HELP. THEY ALL BROKE THE LOCK AND HELPED HER. IN PARTICULAR IT IS MALE OCCUPANT OF FLAT 201 RELATED TO THE CONGRESS PARTY POLITICIAN WHO EVINCES LOTS OF INTEREST IN THE MENIAL WIFE OF THE WATCHMAN, SO SHE WAS SAVED FROM THE POLICE WHO INTERVENED TO DO GOOD. BUT THESE PERVERTED POLITICIANS WITH EXTRA MARITAL AFFAIRS OF THE LIKES INTERVENE AND DENY JUSTICE AND OBSTRUCT LAW AND ORDER. THE POOR POLICEMEN ARE USED AS TOOLS BY THE CROOKED POLITICIANS. WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS IS A BLACK WOMEN TO RULE AND WIPE OUT THE GENDER DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM.

I REMEMBER BEING LOCKED INSIDE ON 31ST AUGUST 2010. THOUGH MY FATHER AND BROTHER WERE IN THE SAME CITY AND THOUGH I KEPT CALLING OVER THE PHONE FOR HELP I WAS LOCKED INSIDE THE WHOLE DAY TILL EVENING AND I COULD NOT ATTEND BANK. I DID NOT HAVE CLEAN DRINKING WATER AND WITH OUT GOOD FOOD. THE POLICE MEN WERE RESTRICTING PASSERSBY ON THE ROAD FROM REACHING ME. THERE WAS A NEARBY SLUM AND NO BODY CAME TO ENQUIRE WHEN I KEPT SHOUTING FOR HELP FROM THE BALCONY. THIS HAPPENED AT GUMMADI NILAYAM GOKULNAGAR TARNAKA. THOUGH SOME OF THE HOUSEWIVES USED TO SPEAK IN A FRIENDLY MANNER, NONE OF THEM INTERVENED TO HELP ME OUT OF THE LOCKED PLACE. IT WAS A DIRECT ATTACK ON MY LIVELIHOOD OUT OF JEALOUSY.

BUT LOOK AT SOME OF THE FEMALES AND HOW THEY MANAGE TO GET SUPPORT AND HELP DESPITE ALL BAD DOINGS. I AM HONEST MERIT SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT FROM A REPUTED INSTITUTION YET I LACKED ANY HELP WHATSOEVER.

SO I TRULY WISH THAT THESE CREATURES OF THE EARTH DESERVE TO TURN EXTINCT LIKE DINOSAURS. I SHALL CONTINUE TO CURSE .....FOR DESTRUCTION OF THESE HUMAN RACE......HUMAN RACE IS NOT IMMORTAL....SO I SHALL CONTINUE TO CURSE DEAD OR ALIVE.

THE BIG BANGS!

No I am not referring to the Big Bang of the earth's annihilation nor the trigger happy Bang bang.. of the guns and pistons. I am referring to the male banging's of their female counterparts in their perverse sexual acts.

Among animals too, there is lot of similarity wherein the males when in heat turn aggressive and ferocious. For example the copulation of lions, where the lions behave aggressive at the time of mating. There are the other male animals with similar traits when in heat. However, in my observation of these earth creatures, I find that the male turns aggressive with others rather than the spouse or the sexual partners. I am the victim of such aggressive violent males in sexual intercourse with their spouses or paramours. The same suggestive among own family members like my married brother, who reacts in a rabid snarl. Whether the behavior is a racist act of just the frustrated male fascinated by a female drawing attention with a fair skin or big breasts, it is difficult to analyze. However, my personal experiences and observations speak out that racism is more a gender issue associated with just the females. While a dark male romances a fair female. Ultimately, there is excess of racism shown towards women whether in marital sphere or career life.

Recently, I was at the Big Bazaar Supermarket, wherein, a young, short, fair woman suddenly appeared from nowhere and stood before the red shirt clad male in the queue. There was dead silence from this red shirt clad male who did not object the fair woman from skipping the queue to stand before him instead he was hogging her. There was some distraction caused by another male clad in blue shirt who squeezed out of the narrow space behind me when my purchases were billed at the cash counter. That was not a thoroughfare yet the male snarled at me like a rabid dog. When I objected to the deliberate distraction caused at the billing counter, the red shirt character also began to snarl at me along with the other man clad in blue shirt like rabid dogs or a werewolf in heat. But these same rabid dogs tend to mellow with the short fair females. These distractions and diversions are created by these rabid gangs deploying one fair female just to commit a criminal offence. Some other customers had lost some items and in my case the Nestle milk was curdled and spoilt. It was a trick to replace with the spoilt one just to harass or kill.

It was the deliberate collision caused by a couple of auto drivers at the Nampally Railway Station. One of the auto drivers an old man with auto AP12U8978 banged his auto on my car damaging the left side. Thereafter, a bunch of hooligans linked to unknown cockish political party or party's began to extort money from me using abusive words to threaten me, as if I had done wrong. I reacted in an aggressive manner and did the tit for tat act. Here again, it was these hooligans associated and tutored by rogue politics of democracy or the worthless labor unions. The police does not turn up immediately.

Another event where a bunch of political activists had damaged the sculptors on the tank bund road, one of the tourist spots. Though the police pompously announced the cameras that filmed the broad daylight damaging acts, there was no instant action initiated to stop or prevent the hooligans from damaging the public property. The lackadaisical attitude of the law and the government authorities is a natural phenomena here. It was a stalemate news churning factory to create stories for the journalists to pen down. Total lack of ethic or morale or sense of duty or responsibility shown. Whatever the impact of such dramatizations fail to have any affect as a consequence of the insane acts.

At my present residence too, there are the premeditated rabid dogs with a view to kill upon trespass day or night. Here I am alone with my tiny pet at flat-101 Pallavi Residency St.No:14 Lane No:1 12-13-662 Nagarjunanagar Tarnaka Secunderabad-500017 paying a monthly rent of Rs11,000/= to Ms P. Swetha Reddy and her guardians Mr Devender Reddy & Mr Venkatram Reddy. Their relatives are also residents of the said Pallavi Residency in flats-201 and others.

There appears to be a diabolic conspiracy to disrupt my peaceful existence and endanger the life of my pet and me. In September 2010, I had jointly registered the property at plot no:4 Survey nos:164,165 & 166 Tarnaka with my younger brother. The property was originally purchased by my late mother and a part of it was under dispute till 2003 or so after her death in 1988. I am a single divorcee while my younger brother has a wife and two daughters. My father and my younger are my legal heirs in event of my death. My younger brother is the sole beneficiary. My father pays to a watchman named Anjeneyulu working for the Narayana educational institution for running errands. This watchman has shown and assisted in the shifting of my residence to the present Pallavi Residency.

The watchman named Nagaiah of the Pallavi Residency lives with his family in the one room accommodation of the premises. This watchman had lied to me about the potable water supply. He had lied that the there would be 24 hours supply. Instead, this watchman began to harass by creating problems and bluffing about the water supply from the Muncipal Authorities. When I personally enquired with the Water Works Department and the neighbors in the locality, they all assured me that there was adequate supply of over two hours daily. Yet, the watchman under instigation began to behave in a rude manner with me and began disruption of the supply of drinking water basic amenity.

The peculiarity of the situation is some kind of cheap politicization and disruption of the drinking water on mainly the days when some local or state elections take place. It is the third time that I have observed that some miscreant closes the valve on the terrace of the building to disrupt the water supply. The problem can be caused to just four apartments including me. I suspect the watchman to create the problem under instigation. But then who and why should any sensible person or persons instigate the watchman to cause this nuisance?

I was informed that the flat owner and others in the Pallavi Residency are relatives of the late politician named Sri Marri Chenna Reddy and his son named Sri Marri Shashidar Reddy also a politician and they have got one of the many houses at Tarnaka. When I disclosed the same to my father and brother, they reacted in an agitated manner and they are avoiding conversation. The watchman for the sake of his livelihood can act under the instigation of the politician occupants of the Pallavi Residency with out any fore thought or qualms. But I am unable to fathom the insignificance of politicization around my pet and me except that these crooked politicians are in connivance and hand in glove with the extortionist bankers.

The mystery deepens because of my joint ownership of the property with my younger brother. It is clear that vital facts are hidden from me and I am being victimized by the hooligans here. My younger brother on his short vacation had intruded in to my life that too by making guest appearances at my workplace and residence. But when I needed help on being tortured and locked inside the house by the Gummadi Nilayam occupants of flat G1 who are related to the accused of Satyam Fraud case, my only younger brother denied any kind of support and did not help.

The State Bank Of Hyderabad are the worst terrorists and extortionists in my life though I am a senior employee. The bank employers or extortionists are simply involved in the torture caused to incapacitate me and thereafter mint money by way of recoveries. Most of these calculations are done manually in the registers and there is scope for diverting the funds to others. The bank on the whole is profited by depriving some of its staff of their salaries and entitlements, while some others thoroughly enjoy all monetary benefits along with the comforts of favoritism and promotions. This is a common workplace discrimination and exploitation of a lady staff. These extortionist bankers could be responsible for trespass and endangering the lives of my pet and me. They too could instigate the watchman to harass and disrupt the basic amenities in order to cause diversionary strategies to trespass and cause slow poison or endanger the lives of my pet and me. The State Bank Of Hyderabad is nothing short of a notorious extortionist or terrorist and enjoys impunity. They do as they like and commit serious irregularities in a whimsical way with out a sense of guilty conscience and all in the open. Yet they all run scot free. Of late there are some good cops who are animal lovers and create obstacles to these money thirsty, greedy and cheating bankers. These faceless monsters are depriving me of my livelihood though I had struggled all my young age and these monster rogues lack any sense of humanity. The malafide intention is to harass and exploit me, to torture me and deny me the means for medical treatments. These money sucking parasites have turned me into a sitting duck for target practice. It is easy to target a motionless duck rather than one that is moving and working. I CURSE THESE BANKER EXTORTIONISTS WHO ARE WORST THAN TERRORISTS.

Ultimately, it is to point out that there are varied vested interests to endanger my pets and my life. But the arrogant behavior of my brother towards me is the prime motive to disrupt my pet's and my peaceful existence. His wife has relatives working for other banks and are members of trade unions and other organizations. My father's second wife too has links with political parties like CPI, Telugu Desam Party etc. and is capable of causing the disruptions. But my father's second wife is also facing problems and there is no reason whatsoever to disturb me??? Thereby, I hold my younger brother and his gangster wife responsible for the disruptions and exploitations in my life. During normal times, they make guest appearances intruding in my routine life. When I need simple support or help at times of crisis created by psychopaths, they shun me and ignore me. They are clearly motivated to cause all the disruptions to endanger the lives of my pet and me.

The mass maniacs and psychopaths are in abundance here. My personal experiences of social evil in the twin cities of south india is abundant. To be continued........

WOMEN'S DAY OR FAIRER SEX'S DAY?

Here I am wondering what a women's day signifies. As a middle aged woman, I am accustomed to the various harassments in the walk of life. Yes Sir, Sir, No Sir, emphatic on the word "SIR" addressed by the hooligans mainly the younger generation can be annoying nuisance to come across in the daily walk of life.

It is mainly these cheeky and audacious call centre chickoos or youngsters playing pranks comfortably safe behind phone lines or else the KUN Hyundai Service Centre Security Guards at the gate calling me as "SIR". It is mainly these young cheap flirting female receptionists or the help centre of Hyundai Service Centers resorting to cheap pranks with me.

In my opinion it is not women's day but day of RACISM. It is a day where fair females are considered and treated like women while the rest are discriminated and harassed or exploited. I do not deny that there are exceptions to this rule. There are cases of exploitations on all women whether fair or dark but it is sparse and scarce incidents in the case of fair women. State Bank Of Hyderabad and the environment offered me the personal experience of what racism really means. That was just the beginning in 1986.

In 2008, I had the horrific experience what a fair female was capable of committing and instigating heinous act of exploitation supported by a dark husband. Though I was submitting several representations to the Police and other authorities, I failed to muster any help or support. But when I acted in self defense against the female who was hysterical and physically violent towards me, I had the horrific experience of being a victim of racism. The policemen are not simply governed by politics but there is excess of racism. Recently in January 2011, my tiny pet was tortured at the Government Narayanguda Veterinary Hospital instigated by some bad policemen because there were two fair young female vets. The male vets too began to speak in an arrogant manner and threatened my pet and me. As a consequence of racism, my livelihood too is at stake and I continue to constantly and continuously remain exploited both sexually and monetarily. There are these trespassers still dare to enter my rented residential apartment day or night. The outcome is torture and exploitation. RACISM is the key factor for the continual exploitations. In the process, my tiny pet is in pain from a broken claw on her forepaw, whether caused deliberately or accidentally is difficult to guess after her recent blog, "Digging in to the past...."

The history created by the American African President of United States is like a fiction in a movie thriller and I have not noticed any change in reality. There has been just a fraction of change and the pampered dark women have the mafia or political support or a good family support. Otherwise, as single individuals it is the fair females successful ventures and stories.

It is a shame that even in the 21st century, the society has not erased the RACISM from its mindset. Racism still clings on. So I call the International Women's Day as the Racism Day. My mother nicknamed me the "chameleon" when I was young. Is it so?

Please refer my several representations against Sri Venkataraman, Deputy General Manager Inspection Department, H.O., since April 2010. I had also complained against the Chief Manager, Sri T. Ayyanna of Office Administration Department in my letter dated 17/06/2010. But all my representations have gone in vain. Instead, the above stated bank Officials have successfully obfuscated and diverted the attention from my genuine grievances to framing of cooked up flimsy charges against me. They have also indulged in erroneous calculation of the recoveries on loss of pay from 2002 to 2006. I can substantiate the same with the related documents. The suspension order bellying the flimsy charges only obfuscates the real issues and diverts the attention from my genuine grievances of sexual harassment.

Combat Law, Volume 2, Issue 3 - Sexual Harassment affects all women in some form or the other. Lewd remarks, touching, wolf-whistles, looks are part of any woman?s life, so much so that it is dismissed as normal.Working women are no exception. In fact, working women most commonly face the backlash to women taking new roles, which belong to male domains within patriarchy. Sexual Harassment at work is an extension of violence in everyday life and is discriminatory, exploitative, thriving in atmosphere of threat, terror and reprisal.

Sexual harassment is all about expression of male power over women that sustain patriarchal relations. It is used to remind women of their vulnerability and subjugated status. In a society where violence against women, both subtle and direct, is borne out of the patriarchal values operating in society, force women?s conformity to gendered roles. These patriarchal values and attitudes of both men and women pose the greatest challenge in resolution and prevention of sexual harassment.

Studies find that sexual harassment is still endemic, often hidden, and present in all kinds of organisations. Yet it is still not always viewed as a problem, which has to be systematically tackled. The issue is of concern for both women and the employers as studies show that sexual harassment touches lives of nearly 40-60% of working women.

Thus, combating sexual harassment involves developing understanding of what is sexual harassment and change of attitudes in all- be it employees, colleagues, friends, administrators, employers or the law makers.

Sexual Harassment: The Law

Sexual harassment has been recognised as most intimidating, most violating form of violence since long in countries like UK, USA and many countries have not only taken note of how degrading experiences of sexual harassment can be for women as well as employers but have adapted legislative measures to combat sexual harassment.

In India, it has been only six years since sexual harassment was for the first time recognised by The Supreme Court as human rights violation and gender based systemic discrimination that affects women?s Right to Life and Livelihood. The Court defined sexual harassment very clearly as well as provided guidelines for employers to redress and prevent sexual harassment at workplace.

While the Apex Court has given mandatory guidelines, known as Vishaka Guidelines, for resolution and prevention of sexual harassment enjoining employers by holding them responsible for providing safe work environment for women, the issue still remains under carpets for most women and employers.

Vishaka guidelines apply to both organized and unorganized work sectors and to all women whether working part time, on contract or in voluntary/honorary capacity. The guidelines are a broad framework which put a lot of emphasis on prevention and within which all appropriate preventive measures can be adapted. One very important preventive measure is to adopt a sexual harassment policy, which expressly prohibits sexual harassment at work place and provides effective grievance procedure, which has provisions clearly laid down for prevention and for training the personnel at all levels of employment.

What Is Sexual Harassment?

According to The Supreme Court definition, sexual harassment is any unwelcome sexually determined behaviour, such as:-

Physical contact
A demand or request for sexual favours
Sexually coloured remarks
Showing pornography
Any other physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature.

Sexual Harassment takes place if a person:

subjects another person to an unwelcome act of physical intimacy, like grabbing, brushing, touching, pinching etc.

makes an unwelcome demand or request (whether directly or by implication) for sexual favours from another person, and further makes it a condition for employment/payment of wages/increment/promotion etc.

makes an unwelcome remark with sexual connotations, like sexually explicit compliments/cracking loud jokes with sexual connotations/ making sexist remarks etc.

shows a person any sexually explicit visual material, in the form of pictures/cartoons/pin-ups/calendars/screen savers on computers/any offensive written material/pornographic e-mails, etc.

engages in any other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, which could be verbal, or even non-verbal, like staring to make the other person uncomfortable, making offensive gestures, kissing sounds, etc.

It is sexual harassment if a supervisor requests sexual favours from a junior in return for promotion or other benefits or threatens to sack for non-cooperation. It is also sexual harassment for a boss to make intrusive inquiries into the private lives of employees, or persistently ask them out. It is sexual harassment for a group of workers to joke and snigger amongst themselves about sexual conduct in an attempt to humiliate or embarrass another person.

Quid pro quo and hostile work environment are the two broad types of sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment at workplace is generally classified into two distinct types. 'Quid pro quo', means seeking sexual favours or advances in exchange for work benefits and it occurs when consent to sexually explicit behaviour or speech is made a condition for employment or refusal to comply with a 'request' is met with retaliatory action such as dismissal, demotion, difficult work conditions. 'Hostile working environment' is more pervasive form of sexual harassment involving work conditions or behaviour that make the work environment 'hostile' for the woman to be in. Certain sexist remarks, display of pornography or sexist/obscene graffiti, physical contact/brushing against female employees are some examples of hostile work environment, which are not made conditions for employment.

Unwelcome:

UNWELCOME is the key in defining sexual harassment. It is the impact and effect the behaviour has on the recipient that will define the behaviour as sexual harassment.

What is a workplace? A workplace is any place where working relationships exist, where employer ? employee relations exist.

In view of the suspension order issued on 26/10/2010, vide lrno:1854 dt 26/10/2010, it is to complain that as per rules and regulations the suspended employee has to be served the show cause notice within a month's time, however, there has been no such show cause notice served to me. In fact, even when I approached the above stated Officials in person, I was denied the same over irrelevant pretext. However, Sri Srinivas, PS to the General Manager (Inspection/Treasury) assured that the same shall be sent by post and by email. So far I have not received neither of it. Please instruct the related Officials to handover the same to me when I approach them in person. I shall sign and take the same.

The subsistence salary during suspension period has also not been paid in time. There has been considerable delay and the same for December 2010 is still unpaid.

Conclusively, it is all self explanatory and clearly expresses the harassed state of the undersigned staff who is subjected to unnecessary monetary loss, mental stress and inhumanity in view of her health condition. Please take cognizance of my genuine grievance.

BORN IN A CROOKED FAMILY IS THE FINAL STATEMENT DECIPHERED FROM MY EXISTENCE. EVEN AS A CHILD I USED TO GET CONFUSED ABOUT THE FEUDS WITHIN THE FAMILY. WHY SHOULD MY FATHER DRINK? WHY SHOULD MY PARENTS ARGUE & FIGHT THROUGH THE DARK NIGHTS? WHY SHOULD MY BROTHER BE FAVOURED? WHY SHOULD I BE GIVEN A SECONDARY TREATMENT THOUGH I WAS A MERIT STUDENTS HANDING OVER THE SCHOLARSHIP MONEY TO MY PARENTS?

I GREW UP WITH SO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS AND FOUND MY SINGLE UNMARRIED TWO AUNTS LIFE MORE PEACEFUL THOUGH I WITNESSED FIGHTS BETWEEN THEM. BUT I DID NOT MIND THEIR BICKERING BECAUSE MY AUNTS ALWAYS PROVIDED ME WITH TASTY DELICIOUS FOODS TO EAT. AS THE ONLY ELDEST DAUGHTER WITH JUST AN YOUNGER BROTHER TWO YEARS AFTER ME I RESIGNED TO MY SECONDARY STATUS PLAYING THE SECOND FIDDLE IN THE CROOKED FAMILY. SONS WERE THE FAVOURED FAVOURITES WHILE DAUGHTERS PLAYED THE SECOND FIDDLE.

I NEVER REALISED THE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES OF GENDER INEQUALITY THAT COULD RUIN MY PERSONAL LIFE. THE HASTILY ARRANGED MARRIAGE DONE LASTED FOR JUST TWO MONTHS FOR SEVERAL REASONS. THE MAIN WAS THE LACK OF STRONG FAMILY SUPPORT TO ME. THE CROOKED FAMILY TOOK 'NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE' FROM ME SO THAT MY YOUNGER BROTHER SHOULD BE SOLE BENEFICIARY OF MY LATE MOTHER'S JOB BENEFITS WHO HAD WORKED AS A STATE GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL. WHAT IS LEFT IS THE PROPERTY BOUGHT BY MY LATE MOTHER AT TARNAKA. HERE AGAIN I WAS FALSELY ASSURED OF OFFERING ME THE SHARE. EVEN WHEN I COULD HAVE AVAILED LOAN FROM THE BANK AND BOUGHT AN APARTMENT LIKE MY BANK COLLEAGUES, I WAS RESTRAINED FROM DOING SO BY MY FATHER AND BROTHER.

The terms and conditions for Order/Purchase of Hyundai Car clearly states that the customer
is given an option of changing the model or colour. Thereby, the undersigned, Ms Kothakota
Ashalata Prabhakar, had with prior intimation opted to change just the transmission version
from auto to manual transmission. The same was agreed upon by you all. However, at the
time of processing the sales invoice and other paper work on 15/06/2010, the undersigned
was denied payment of the difference in the cost of the Magna I 10 1.2Lr Hyundai model
manal transmission of Rs.48,755/=. The difference between an auto transmission and manual
transmission of the same model was to be returned to the undersigned. Instead, she was fed
with false promises and assurances that she could make a choice of transmission and colour,
however, after she had gone through the exercise of selecting the car, it was just the
highhanded authority wielded by you and the General Manager to deny the refund of the
difference amount to her.
The undersigned a senior employee with the State Bank Of Hyderabad is eligible to avail a
maximum of Rs.3,50,000/= towards car loan and any amount over and above the eligible car
loan amount is to be borne out of her savings. Consequently, the Bank can claim up to
Rs.3,50,000/= upon hypothecation of the car and the loan sanctioned thereupon. Though the
undersigned had produced the BC No:859671 dated 08/06/2010 for Rs.5,11,908/= towards
payment on purchase of the I 10 Magna 1.2Lr manual transmission, which was in excess by
Rs.48,755/= of the actual cost of Rs.4,63,153/= minus the Corporate discount and the
booking amount, yet she was denied refund of the difference amount by you and the General
Manager as stated above. The account section staff and the sales executive on the other
hand were ready to oblige and refund the difference amount by way of cheque.
The State Bank Of Hyderabad Gunfoundry Branch, had refunded an amount of Rs.30,044/=
by way of credit to her account no:62040543153 on 21/06/2010 based on the fresh quotation
for a manual transmission car of the same model. This is proof enough that the difference in
the cost prices between the auto transmission and manual transmission had to be refunded to
the undersigned. The KUN United Hyundai Khairatabad too had issued a cheque no:003338
dated 23/06/2010, favouring the undersigned for Rs13,565/= being the difference amount.
This is not just a consumer forum case but a case of inhuman racism and class discrimination
shown by you and the General Manager and the only cause to deny the sale of the chosen
car by the undersigned. The mechanical staff had also offered an excellent servicing of the
selected car. The accounting section staff too showed unbiased dealings. It was the irrational
authorization on your part and the General Manager's that the undersigned was humiliated
and treated like a crook and she was compelled by you and the General Manager to cancel
her booking. The undersigned had clearly written “misleading information” on the receipt of
cancellation form. The undersigned was turned into a laughing stock and mocked at. This in
turn gave scope for exploitative strategies towards the undersigned. Presently, the
undersigned is left without a satisfactory Hyundai authorised service center for servicing of
the car. Though she had called the Hyundai Motor India Ltd located at Somajiguda for
intervention, the telephone operators kept saying, “sorry, sorry, your voice is breaking”, but
eventually when a Customer Relations Official spoke over the phone, he could hear the
undersigned. However, the HMIL, Hyderabad failed to respond further to her genuine
grievance.
Consequently, the undersigned had to sacrifice the excellent mechanically serviced chosen
car, the scheme offer of free accessories and free insurance and loose the opportunity of
good after sales mechanical service. She had to incur wasteful expenditure towards engaging
a cab service, payment of Rs.2000/= to the hired driver and loose one day's leave from office.
Also, the undersigned suffering from a bad health condition had to remain without food or
refreshment or usage of toilet along with her companions the whole day. All this in turn has
had an adverse affect. The undersigned has also lost the suitable locations of the service
centers in close proximity to her residence.
In view of the materialistic, tangible, incorporeal and intangible loss suffered by the
undersigned , it would be only fair to place the ball in the Consumer Forum Court to pass
judgment as deemed fit based on the facts of my grievance for a suitable redressal. The
undersigned had to suffer humiliation and she was treated like a cheat at your showroom
when she was rightfully entitled to her money. Last but most important, the undersigned a
respectable bank employee was treated like a fraudster and victimized damaging her
reputation. The undersigned was harassed without being refunded her money and denied
purchase of the selected car. The undersigned was not obligated to buy or pay for a manual
transmission I 10 Magna 1.2Lr for Rs.5,11,908/= when it cost Rs.4,63,153/= minus the
corporate discount and the booking amount.
Please respond within seven days failing which I shall be compelled to file a consumer case
with the related Consumer Forum.

Please refer to my earlier umpteen complaints against the flat occupants, Sri G Subba Rao & Sri Ravindra Babu of G-1 & Flat-201 Gummadi Nilayam St No:1 Gokulnagar Tarnaka Secunderabad-500017 Andhra Pradesh, for harassing and threatening my peaceful existence.

On 20/07/2010 on my return from Office at around 6p.m., I was assaulted and abused by a gang of fifteen mafia mob set up by the above stated accused. As I had already mentioned that I am prompt in payment of the monthly rentals to the landlady Smt G. Vijayalaxmi of G-1 whose husband Sri G Subba Rao & daughter named Smt Sirisha are constantly abusing and threatening my peaceful existence.

On 20/07/2010 for no apparent reason, I was pushed by two unknow females clad in sarees accompanied by over fifteen men. These women began to beat me on my back as soon as i entered the premises of Gummadi Nilayam. I ran out on the road and began to video film with my cell phone to identify the culprits, but one of the woman began to chase me on the road. Few people on the road did not intervene as it is the nature of the indian society.

I was forced to remain in the nearby kirana shop and phone the police station. Here again, the numbers 9490616366 and 9490616003 failed to respond. But one Tirumala on 9490616001 began to shout at me, asking me, "why should I believe what you say/".

The landline phone number 27853570 of Osmania University Police Station was answered by a policeman who failed to initiate action. It was only after one and half hour that the Police personnel arrived but just to disperse the mafia mob. There were no enquiries or arrests made thereof. Even in the presence of some police constables the adjacent apartment housewife named Payal living on the 3rd or 4th Floor of SSR Apartments belonging to christian community began to abuse me and threatened to smash my car. This housewife holds grudge against me owing to my bank job and she is apparently jealous of my financial independance as a working woman. This housewife began to provoke me and she came running to hit me though the people around stopped this violent frenzied envious young woman.

Please take cognizance of my complaint against 1) Sri G Subba Rao & Smt Sirisha of G-1 Gummadi Nilayam Tarnaka ; 2) Sri Ravindra Babu of 201 Gummadi Nilayam Tarnaka ; 3) Smt Payal or whatever the name resident of SSR Apartment Tarnaka and 4) the fifteen or so unknown mafia mob or political goondas set upon me.

My tiny pet remained locked inside the flat for long time and thus tortured by the above stated culprits. I too had to remain on the road without food or water as I had not consumed my lunch due to busy schedule of work. On return from Office I was attacked and refrained from entering my residential flat though I had paid the rent. There is violation of human rights law and social evil crime against me on the grounds of my divorcee status. The landlords refuse to rent out their flats on the grounds that I am a single divorcee and that they want to let out only to families. This is a serious social evil still existing in the indian society and a criminal offence unchecked and unabated.

REG : PERVERTED STAFF AT ECIL SERVICE CENTRE.

From 29/06/10 I have been making several phone calls to the sales executive Mr Siddique of KUN Kharatabad Showroom, Service Manager Sri Shyam Sunder Reddy, Service Advisor Sri Naveen about installation of a specific Centralised Remote Locking accessory to my i 10 Magna 1.2Lr bought on 22/06/2010. On 22/06/10, due to time constraint I opted to get the teflon coating and accessory installation done at a later date. The above stated accessory is to be borne by me while the pending teflon coating is provided by your company.

There was considerable delay of over four hours at the KUN Khairatabad showroom on 22nd June 2010 over the paper work. They initially refused to give the related relevant papers in exchange for the payment. I had to call my colleague who informed me the significance of the temp regn., insurance, sales invoice etc. for ownership rights while phying the car on the road. The tamil speaking showroom staff however spun a surprise at the end by clicking photos and bursting crackers at the time of handing over the keys. We were without food the whole day till late in the night. Though the ECIL Service Centre did fast job of handing over the car but on 01/07 I was harassed for several hours..

I was informed of the pick and drop facility by the service advisor named Sri Naveen who also hinted that it is left for me to make tips to the driver. On 30/06/10, I waited for the driver but nobody turned up at 9a.m. as fixed by the Service Advisor Sri Naveen.

It was only after yet another set of several phone calls that the pick and drop driver named Raju was sent on 01/07/10 at my residence, Tarnaka. I had spoken to Service Manager named Sri Shyam Sunder Reddy who was also aware about my specific requirement. However, after reaching the KUN Ecil service centre I was attended by two service advisors namely Naveen who obtained my signature on the papers for central locking system and another named Srujan Reddy who began to inspect the car. He bluntly informed me that the accessory with the vibration option was not readily available and not in stock. He began to impose his wishes and choice of the central locking system. They all acted totally arrogant without admitting their folly of misleading me about the availability of the accessory. They all deliberately subjected me to physical discomfort and hardship by making me travel the 20 kilometers to and fro my residence without readily keeping the specific accessory at their workshop. Though I had repeatedly informed them about my choice of the said accessory. I was made a fool of by all the young staff and one of them began to misbehave by holding my hand with out regard to my older age. I am in the age group of their mother or aunts yet they began to play pranks.

All the while the Service Manager was absent when he should have been the first person to approach me and clarify about the central remote locking system. Ultimately, when he made an appearance, he began to deny that I had asked for the vibration model remote locking. He began to challenge me to complain with the authorities. Similarly, the Service Advisors namely Srujan Reddy and Naveen began to threaten me like rowdysheeters.

Your staff at the Ecil Service Centre cannot impose their choice of accessory on me. Nor can they misinform and mislead about the products. There was no reason to call me to the service centre without making available the required accessory. They cannot impose their choice of accessory on me. As a new customer, It is disgraceful display of perverted minds and cheap mafia mob style of behavior by your staff with intention to harass me and deny me the service of accessory installation. It is but natural for me to react the way I had to such perversity. I was willfully harassed and provoked by your staff.

This complaint is to seek for remedial measures and to instruct your staff to behave responsibly and respectfully towards elderly single woman customers like me. Just because I visited the Service Centre alone I was sexually harassed by some of your young staff with out regard to my age. It was only when I disclosed my age that the Service Manager and Srujan Reddy came over to apologize their folly. Also I have not been given the discharge papers of the pick and drop. It appears that your staff are into some racket to cheat gullible customers like me. There was no need to insist that I should leave the car with them just for installation of remote locking accessory.

Yet again your staff began to harass me on 07/07/10 when I had taken the car for the teflon coating. Prior to my visit I had spoken several times to the Customer Care Manager named Sri H P Sarma. However, I was deliberately harassed and delayed by the service advisor named Saleem. I guess it was all a ploy to commit a crime. They falsely misled that the teflon coating would take two to three hours and kept insisting that I should give the keys and wait in the showroom. I was surprised that the teflon coating was completed in one hour's time. I suspect some foul play by the staff because of the way all of them kept giggling. Though service advisor Srujan Reddy spoke convincingly and politely, the staff were acting like sly foxes. I am not happy with the overall clumsy service offered and I suspect that they have opened the bonnet and committed some fraudulent act.

Though I approved the unbiased service by service advisor named Srujan Reddy, I am still left with doubt that there was some malpractice done during the teflon coating work undertaken.

In the event of repetition of harassment or bad service, I shall be constrained to file a consumer forum case for the hazardous and biased service. The unnecessary journey to and fro has not only eaten away my precious time but also affected my health. The willful harassment and threats posed by your staff has caused me damage by way of bad health and unnecessary leave from my workplace.

It was a show of arrogance and pride over wealth and a sabotaged racism towards me by Mr Saral Talwar and the General Manager Mr Sanjeeva Rao of Talwar Hyundai Dealers located at S.P. Road Secunderabad.

Please find attached the relevant copies of the 1) Booking, 2) Receipt for the Booking Amount, 3) Quotation for I 10, 4) Vehicle Loan Form with received signature, 5) The Letter from Bank to the Dealer with the Banker's Cheque for Rs.5,11,908/= & 6) The List of accessories.

As an employee with the State Bank Of Hyderabad, I am eligible to avail a maximum of Rs.3,50,000/= towards Car Loan. I obtained a quotation for i 10 Magna auto gear that amounted to Rs.5,11,908/= and booked for the same on 08/5/10 because of the scheme offer of free insurance and free accessories. The sales executive named Sri K Srikanth impressed with accessory offer as per the list produced by him. As 8th May 2010 was the last date of the scheme I did not have time to test drive the auto gear i 10 Magna. But after the test drive I found that the auto gear i 10 was not safe and there was no complete control over the engine. I wanted to buy the manual gear i 10 and informed the above said sales man and the General Manager Sri Sanjeeva Rao. They readily agreed to allow me to buy the manual gear i 10 and also pay the difference in the cost with the Banker's Cheque of Rs.5,11,908/= to me.

However, on 15/06/2010, after the exercise of selecting the manual gear i 10 and when the accessories were being done, the Dealer Mr Saral Talwar bluntly refused to oblige. He did not even bother to hear me out or read the related letter addressed to Talwar Hyundai P Ltd by the Bank. It is not the business of the M/s Talwar Hyundai Dealers to issue a Cheque favouring the SBH Car Loan Account. Instead, the above stated Talwar Hyundai Dealers humiliated me as if I was committing a fraud. I was denied my own money that I had contributed in excess of the Car Loan Amount sanctioned to me. The actual loan amount being Rs3,50,000/= with a 20% margin and any excess amount thereof, over and above the same is my savings and my contribution. Therefore, the Talwar Hyundai's General Manager (GM) ought to have kept his promise to return the difference amount favouring self. Instead, the GM & the Dealer Sri Saral Talwar began to humiliate me and treat me like a cheat. They clearly exhibited racist attitude towards me. They began to treat the full Banker's Cheque amount as the Bank Loan instead of just Rs.3,50,000/=.

I was compelled and pressurized to cancel my booking after spending seven hours over selection the car. I had also engaged Apple Cab service and the service of an instructor for cash. I had also taken one day leave from the Bank Office for the purpose of buying the Car. There was no time for my companions and me to have lunch or refresh. Thus I had to incur wasteful expenditure and loss of one day leave from Office. I had to loose the scheme offer of free insurance with free accessories.

The above said Talwar Hyundai Dealers did not hear me out at all. Mr Saral Talwar exhibited racist attitude towards me and bluntly waived his hand at me to get out. They began to compare my case to some other problem faced by me wherein the entire value of the car was the Loan amount. The racist bias and arrogance exhibited towards a customer calls for legal redressal. Such inhumane and bad treatment of Customers even before the sale proves the poor quality customer service offered to customers. I was thus, harassed and denied the sale of the chosen car. My health too was affected and I had to rest the next day by availing leave from Office. This type of pride over wealth laced with racist bias towards me calls for legal redressal, human rights law and compensation.

I am thereby, liable to the Bank to the extent of that amount and the interest calculated there upon. I am not bound by the choice of model mentioned in the quotation and any difference between the Invoice Bill and the Banker's Cheque ought to be paid to me by issuance of a Cheque favouring State Bank Of Hyderabad Account "My Name". Thereafter, It is between the Bank and me to deposit/credit the amount in the ratio applicable to the sanctioned loan amount and the excess money contributed by me. It is not the business of the M/s Talwar Hyundai Dealers to issue a Cheque favouring the SBH Car Loan Account. REG : ISSUANCE OF PIN AGAINST ATM DEBIT CARD
It is a great shame that the undersigned lady was subjected to inhumane prejudice, bias and discrimination by the Assistant General Manager named Sri K. Harihar Rao & Mr. Suresh Incharge of ATM Section working at the SBH Rashtrapathi Road Branch, Patny, Secunderabad.
In the third week of February, I submitted my application for ATM card to Sri Suresh Incharge of the same. I received the ATM Card in the first week of March and took the same for issuance of PIN to the Incharge Mr Suresh on 09/03/2010.
I waited patiently for my turn because there were a group of lady customers conversing in an excited manner with Mr Suresh and others. When my turn came the above said Incharge told me to straightaway sign on the card and give to him. I just wanted to know whether my PIN was available before signing on the card. Also I had written my card number on a paper. Instead of responding to my simple query about the receipt of PIN, the said Incharge kept offering some lame excuses and delaying. He kept insisting that I should handover the ATM card after signing. When I asserted about the PIN query and told him to answer my simple query rather than waste time. He began to show annoyance and told me that I was wasting his time though he was obligated to discharge his duty in a fair manner. He himself suggested that I can feel free to complain with the Chief Manager. On his suggestion, I approached the Assistant General Manager Sri K. Harihar Rao in his cabin. Though the Bank Official heard me out and called for the Incharge Mr Suresh to clarify, he began to pass unsavoury comments at me, saying, "You are taking liberties. I shall conduct an enquiry for administrative reasons".
Whether as a staff or customer, I am entitled to clarify about the availability of the PIN before signing on the ATM card. The Bank Officials cannot expect me to blindly sign on the card and handover.
Recently, I had to undergo treatment at a Corporate Hospital all alone without an escort or a companion. Under the circumstances, it is unsafe to carry huge cash with me as a sick patient. I do not hold any other ATM Card other than the one applied for. For security reasons and my health conditions, I opted not to avail ATM Card against my salary account.
It was an exhibition of inhumane discrimination and insensitivity towards me though I was suffering from pain and under treatment. I was delayed, harassed and ultimately threatened.
As I am in dire need of the ATM card for utility payments and at Hospitals, I request the related authorities to favourably and exceptionally clarify my stand. Please look into the matter and offer me reprieve from unwanted harassments and inhumane discrimination in the future.

I WALKED INTO TROUBLE YET AGAIN ON 04/3/10 AND I WAS EXPLOITED OF RS.4000/- APPROXIMATELY STILL DEPRIVED OF PROPER ADEQUATE MEDICAL TREATMENT. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY TRAGEDY STRUCK IN MY FAMILY WHEN I LOST MY MOTHER AND THREE AUNTS. IT IS THIS MAFIA COMMUNITY WITH EVIL MINDS AGAINST THE MINORITY COMMUNITIES. ON 04/3/10, I HAD TO FOREGO MY LUNCH DUE TO THE HARRASSED AND BIASED SERVICE METED OUT TO ME BY THE MAFIA MOB WORKING FOR THE CORPORATE HOSPITAL. IN THE ORTHOPEDIC DEPARTMENT, THERE WAS NO DOCTOR AVAILABLE THOUGH I HAD SOUGHT TELEPHONIC APPOINTMENT. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER PATIENTS KEPT WAITING FOR HOURS JUST BECAUSE THESE VILLIANY DOCTORS WERE MUSING THEMSELVES IN A PERSONAL MEETING GROUPED INSIDE A ROOM. I WAS TOLD TO PAY THE CONSULTATION FEE OF RS300/= AT THE RECEPTION COUNTER. AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 40 MINUTES WHEN I SOUGHT FOR REFUND I WAS DIRECTED TO ONE DR SRIKANTH WHO APPEARED TO BE A RACIST AND BEGAN TO PROMPT ME. I WAS NOT HEARD BUT MOUTH FED. I WAS THEN REDIRECTED TO THE RHEUMATOLOGIST DR SARATH CHANDRA MOULI VEERAVALLI. NEXT THE STAFF AT ORTHOPEDIC DEPT SWITCHED MY CARD WITH ANOTHER PATIENT'S NAMED PRATIBHA. DUE TO WHICH THERE WAS CONFUSION AND DELAY. I WAS SUBJECTED TO EXERCISE FROM ONE END TO ANOTHER. BUT THE PRO STAFF HELPED OUT.

HERE I WAS TOLD TO UNDERGO BLOOD TEST AND X RAYS OF BOTH HANDS AND CHEST. THOUGH BLOOD TEST WAS TAKEN IN THREE CONTAINERS I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THE REASON FOR THE CHEST X RAY. I HAD INFLAMMED KNUCKLES AND SUFFERED FROM SEVERE JOINT PAINS ALL OVER MY BODY. I WAS CHARGED RS.3080/=, FOR IT ALL. IN ADDITION I HAD ALSO DONATED MY BLOOD AND SUFFERED LOSS OF BLOOD AS A BLOOD DONOR.

THE MEDICAL REPORTS WERE NOT READY ON 05/3/10 AND STILL NOT READY ON 06/3/10. THE X RAY REPORT WAS NOT READY THOUGH I PAID FOR ITL ALL. THE BLOOD TEST REPORT WAS HOWEVER GIVEN AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME TO CONSULT THE RHEUMATOLOGIST. AFTER READING MY BLOOD TEST REPORT THIS DR SARATH CHANDRA MOULI PUT ON A GLOOMY FARCE FACE. PROBABLY HIS LADY ASSISTANT BEGAN TO QUESTION ME. "DO YOU HAVE MOUTH ULCERS?" I MISTOOK MOUTH ULCERS TO BE BLEEDING GUMS AND SAID, "ONCE IN A WHILE". THEN SHE BEGAN TO PROMPT ME "ONCE IN A MONTH". I SAID "NO, VERY RARELY". WHAT I MEANT WAS BLEEDING GUMS GOT FROM USING A BRUSH FOR LONG TIME WITH OUT CHANGING.

THESE DOCTORS OUGHT TO EXPLAIN THE MEANING OF MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY. INSTEAD, I WAS SUBJECTED TO QUESTIONS TOTALLY UNRELATED TO MY EXISTING JOINT PAINS OR TOXINS INSIDE MY BODY CAUSED BY TRESPASSERS OR OTHERS THROUGH FOOD OR WATER. WELL I DO NOT HAVE MOUTH ULCERS.

NEXT SHE ASKED , "DO YOU GET RASHES?" I SAID, "RASHES, YOU MEAN MOLES OR ACNE OR BLACK SPOTS/ I TRAVEL LONG DISTANCES EXPOSED TO SUN AND POLLUTION". SHE SAYS RASHES ARE RED BOILS. I SAY "NO". THE NEXT QUESTION IS "DO YOU HAVE HAIR LOSS?" I ANSWER, " GENERALLY I DO NOT HAVE MUCH HAIR LOSS. IT ALL DEPENDS UPON THE WATER AND SHAMPOO TOO". SHE POINTS OUT, "YOU HAVE THICK HAIR". I SAY, "I USED TO HAVE MUCH THICKER AND LONGER HAIR WHEN YOUNG".

ALL THE WHILE NONE OF THE SYMPTOMS MATCHED WITH THE DISEASE DIAGONISED OR IMAGINED BY THESE MAFIA GANGS OF KIMS. I AM TOO SEXY FOR MY SHOES BECAUSE THE RHEUMATOOGLIST HAS TURNED INTO A SEXOLOGIST OFFERING TREATMENT FOR AN IMAGINARY SEXUAL DISEASE AND NONE OF ITS SYMPTOMS EXISTED. THE FACT IS THAT MOST OF THE MIDDLE AND UPPER MIDDLE CLASS OR THE RICH ABSTAIN THEIR COLLEGE GOING CHILDREN FROM VENTURING OUT. THE FEW NUMBER OF STUDENTS WHO ALL GATHER TO AGITATE CAN BE EASILY OUTNUMBERED AND CONTROLLED. BUT THERE APPEARS TO BE A SILENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LAW ENFORCERS, THE LAW MAKERS AND THE LAW BREAKERS. It is nearly two decades that the Hyderabad State Police have shown bias, inaction, subversion and discrimination towards my genuine grievances. Though I am a senior bank employee it has become an habit to ridicule me due to my single divorcee status. The Government Authorities ought to evince more interest and responsibility towards single women of the country instead of ignoring and smirking at the grievances. It is a show of pompous degradation and a disgrace to the nation's interest and needs.

The Osmania University Police Station have simply failed to register my complaints. I hold a property share at Tarnaka under the limits of the Osmania University Police Station. Thus I am more exposed to perils of exploitations.

On 19/02/2010, I walked into the Women's Police Station near the Central Crime Station, opposite the Assembly at Hyderabad. One cannot blame any one political parties despite several regional political parties the lackadaisical government authorities continue their impotent or error functioning without control or proper supervision or good governance.
My driving license too has been issued with somebody’s address on it. Just to satisfy their tasteless palate of eating from political plate. I am not the only with woes. The general comment overheard at the passport office is “worst Indian government”. These are not my words but the general public victimized and harassed by the government authorities, yet there is nobody fit to wield control over the growing incompetency. Comparatively State bank works so much better & faster.
My bad experiences with the human rights commission, national women commission, legal services authority, police, advocates, safer india and so on, but all in vain.

Even now these creatures trespass to torture by mixing poisonous substances in the food items.
None of the advocates were ready to seek an injunction restraining those apartment creatures from attacking a single woman.
The police are so many times better because they were ready to book a case against the apartment occupants. but the police officer was transferred. Obviously the police end up dead or transferred. after all it is their livelihood and they act on the whims of intervening politicos bringing in unlawfullness.
Yes I too voice the general public’s words “worst Indian government” because none of the authorities intervened to control those wh**es, sluts shamelessly attacking one woman.

That sounded phony to me. Yet they assured that a male doctor would do the scanning. Again a wait inside the dark room and made to lie on the bed. Ultimately when this male doctor sasidhar Prasad v walked in there was overpowering stench of bias and disrespect.

On 10/11 got a Vodafone prepaid connection from shree sai mobiles @ g-18 diamond towers, opp. Manju theatre, beside taj tristar hotel, sarojinidevi road, secunderabad-500013 in Andhra Pradesh india. Suddenly after activating the sim card the shopkeeper alongwith another guy who suddenly entered the shop wearing a saffron color shirt began to demand another Rs99/= from me saying the earlier rs.99/= was just for activation and another for 30days validity. I had to pay an extra rs.99/= to these rogues. As I came out I saw a police van pass by. Who could have incited these rogue shopkeepers to cheat customers like me?
Approaching a consumer forum would require time & money without speedy justice. Approaching the police is like approaching another rogue rather spineless rogues. For all that I may know is that the incident could be the handiwork of the police themselves to be drawn attention.
So I had to swallow the cash loss to these petty thugs in the guise of shopkeepers. As a working lady I am exposed to several banners & ads at the shops displaying the activation & validity rates so thereby knowledgeable and confident about the prevailing rates for a prepaid mobile sim card. Yet I was helpless in the heart of the city.

The harassment lasted for over two precious hours and I had to forego lunch.
On the other hand the female customer care callgals over 92460008282 began their false assurance to send a staff for demo and the false assurances continued for weeks without anybody offering the demo.
The emailed complaints too did not stitch up their split minds and I was harassed and threatened by phone calls and namesake visit. Total mismanagement and perverse customer service by TATA TELECOMMUNICATIONS…
The Reliance Communications Staff named Venkat came to solve the technical problem but had diverted my attention to steal my sim card from the USB modem. It was only on 27/11 that coincided with the killing & panic at Mumbai the disclosure was implied. Now I could understand the diversion caused….so as to steal my sim card.
Stealing my identity….impersonating me…..stifling & blocking communications???
Approach a BSNL Office, there again is abundant arrogancy coupled with haughty service or denial of the service by the staff.
Indian market needs more Companies to offer stiff competition and competent services in the Telecommunications Sector due to the growing demand. Because a beggar too has a mobile in his one hand held to his ear and another outstretched hand for begging….

This is the 21 st century while I was born in 1964 and the eldest with an younger brother in the small family. For several decades of observation and true experiences of the senseless bias exhibited towards a single woman in my everyday walk of the life. The indian society is simply pathetically prejudiced towards singles.

There is no colour, age, caste or politics in the play but the maniac bias shown towards singles. Obtaining services has become a tedious task mostly unaccomplished and exploited.

The arrogant salesmen and the shopkeeper of Maheswari Readymade Blouses located in the busy Sultan Bazar of Hyderabad did not bother to respond to my query about the rates of the blouses displayed. They continued to sip the tea. It was only when I repeatedly enquired that they offered a cheeky response saying, "cannot you see that we are drinking tea?" I had no option but to walk out and the other shops there were charging exhorbitantly high rates. They intended to sell old varieties, designs and old stock to me.

That was a petty shop but even at elite reputed shops - Meena Bazar located in the famous Abids area of Hyderabad they humiliated by implicitly refusing to sell. The top floor housed the latest designer and costly sarees and I was directed to a counter on the groundfloor for reasonably rated sarees. Here too the old sales man did not bother to show the sarees or the price tags but simply admonished me saying that all are costly. I was forced to walk out and deprived of buying the latest designers during the festive season. I walked into the - Dayals Shop where only few varieties of sarees were in display and thus buy for a moderately high rate. I was thus deprived of buying a good one but led to buy old stocks.

This is how lowly the businessmen and their workers behave towards singles. Sick minded sadistc indians change…..
